How to compare

## The right provider depends on what the employer needs help doing.

A large employer may need deep HRIS integration and premium-payment controls. A smaller employer may care more about price clarity and a simple launch. A distributed company may put employee plan choice and support first. We explain those tradeoffs instead of flattening every company into one score.

**Employer fit** Size, geography, classes, internal capacity, and desired service model.

**Employee fit** Plan availability, enrollment guidance, networks, and ongoing help.

**Operating fit** Payroll, HRIS, reporting, payments, compliance, and issue resolution.

**Economic fit** Employer contribution, platform fees, implementation costs, and employee premium exposure.
