Aligned article publication dates with the site’s public launch on September 12. Earlier draft dates are no longer presented as public publication dates. Source-review cutoffs and the dates of reported events remain separate.

Added a bulk download of the existing CMS county observations, with clearer source and dataset descriptions. This adds a way to inspect the data; it does not introduce a new CMS extract, pricing review or enrollment finding.

## September 12, 2026 · Product and disclosure update

Added the self-funding disclosure, AI-assistance statement, on-site editorial intake and a dated CMS market-data explorer. These are publication updates, not findings from employer interviews.

The original six-brand pricing audit retains its edition and method. The expanded disclosure monitor identifies its additional source pages separately.
