Our take

PeopleKeep is one of the easiest ICHRA products to understand from the outside. It publishes a starting price, explains the core digital workflow clearly, and appears designed for smaller employers that want a straightforward way to administer an HRA.

## What PeopleKeep is trying to make easier

Many small employers are interested in ICHRA but do not need an enterprise implementation program. They need plan documents, employee onboarding, reimbursement administration, expense tracking, and a reliable place to manage the benefit.

PeopleKeep’s public product fits that need. It administers ICHRA, QSEHRA, and other HRA products through a digital platform. The company is part of Remodel Health, but the PeopleKeep brand remains positioned around accessible HRA administration. ## What stood out in our review

Pricing

### A clear public starting point

The reviewed page lists ICHRA at $25 per employee per month plus a $50 monthly base fee.

Simplicity

### A straightforward digital workflow

The product story focuses on plan documents, employee eligibility, shopping support, expense submission, and reimbursement tracking.

Billing

### No charge for employees who opt out

The public pricing page states that opted-out employees are not billed, a useful detail for employers modeling cost.

## Who PeopleKeep is most likely to fit

PeopleKeep is particularly relevant to small and midsize employers that want visible pricing and a simpler digital administration model. It can also serve as a useful price benchmark when comparing more managed or enterprise-oriented providers.

An employer with complicated integrations, high-touch enrollment needs, or extensive premium-payment operations should confirm whether PeopleKeep itself provides that depth or whether a different Remodel Health product is the better fit.

## How to read the published price

The public starting price is helpful, but “starting at” is not the same as a complete quote. Ask about annual discounts, implementation, minimums, billed population, payment functions, employee support, integrations, and renewal changes. [source](https://www.peoplekeep.com/pricing)

**Pricing checked September 25, 2026:** the current pricing page also specifies a minimum of three paid seats and seat fees for account administrators. Request a total quote that includes those terms. PeopleKeep is related to Remodel Health, but the two offerings require separate scopes and quotes. [source](https://www.peoplekeep.com/pricing)

## PeopleKeep’s contribution research

PeopleKeep publishes contribution and reimbursement data based on employers using its platform. That gives buyers a useful view of real customer behavior, but it is not a national benchmark. The dataset may reflect the sizes, industries, and plan designs that PeopleKeep attracts. Use it alongside local premiums, affordability analysis, and the employer’s own census. ## What we would ask in a PeopleKeep demo

- What employee enrollment and insurance-selection help is included?
- Are premiums reimbursed, paid directly, or supported through both methods?
- Which HRIS and payroll integrations are available?
- When should an employer choose PeopleKeep instead of Remodel Health’s ICHRA+?
- What response and escalation commitments apply?
- Which fees and services sit outside the published starting price?

## Our verdict

### PeopleKeep is a practical starting point for smaller employers that value price clarity and a straightforward digital product.

Its public pricing makes the economics easier to understand than many competitors. The main diligence question is whether the service, payment, and integration model is deep enough for the employer’s actual complexity.
