Our take

Remodel Health presents the most service-heavy, enterprise-oriented story in this group. Its ICHRA+ product emphasizes licensed guidance, premium-payment operations, employer controls, broker support, and broad HRIS and payroll compatibility.

## What Remodel Health is trying to solve

Large ICHRA implementations are operationally demanding. They require coordinated enrollment, employee support, payroll and HRIS data, carrier payments, compliance, reporting, and exception handling across a large workforce.

Remodel Health’s public materials position ICHRA+ around that complexity. The company says it supports more than 100,000 members and works with more than 200 HRIS and payroll systems. Those figures come from Remodel Health and should be confirmed for the product and employer segment being evaluated. ## What stood out in our review

Service model

### A full-service approach

Remodel emphasizes licensed guidance, hands-on employee support, and employer tools rather than a purely self-service platform.

Operations

### Premium-payment automation

The ICHRA+ story gives carrier-payment workflow and administrative control a more visible role than many competitors do publicly.

Integrations

### Broad HRIS and payroll claims

The company publicly states compatibility with more than 200 systems, a meaningful claim for complex employers if the exact connections are confirmed.

## Who Remodel Health is most likely to fit

Remodel Health looks best suited to midsize and large employers, multi-location workforces, broker-led implementations, and companies that need a managed rollout with substantial integration and payment support.

It may be more than a small employer needs. Buyers with simpler requirements should compare the cost and service scope against lighter-weight options, including PeopleKeep, which is part of Remodel Health’s broader portfolio.

**Service and integration update:** Remodel introduced ClearChoice in August 2026 as a service identity, not a separate administrator. It also announced technology relationships with UKG and Paylocity in 2026. Confirm the exact data flow and supported configuration in a demonstration; the announcements do not prove every employer system is connected. PeopleKeep is a related brand, but its published fees do not transfer to Remodel's ICHRA+ or ClearChoice offerings. ## Pricing is custom, so scope matters

We did not find a complete public price schedule for ICHRA+. A proposal should separate implementation fees, platform minimums, eligible-versus-enrolled billing, payment services, integrations, employee support, broker compensation, and renewal adjustments.

The key question is not simply whether Remodel Health costs more than a self-service administrator. It is whether the additional price buys the operational support the employer would otherwise have to build internally.

## What we would ask in a Remodel Health demo

- Which of the claimed 200+ integrations apply to our exact HRIS and payroll configuration?
- How do automated premium payments work across carriers, and who handles exceptions?
- What licensed support do employees receive before and after enrollment?
- Who is assigned to implementation, and what timeline applies to a workforce our size?
- How does ICHRA+ differ from PeopleKeep in price, support, and operating model?
- Can Remodel provide references from employers with similar size, geography, turnover, and complexity?

## Where we would want more proof

Remodel Health publishes impressive scale, integration, retention, and performance claims. Those are useful signals, but the buyer should ask how each metric is defined, what period it covers, which product it describes, and whether an independent party reviewed the data.

## Our verdict

### Remodel Health belongs near the top of the list for complex, service-intensive ICHRA implementations.

The strongest case is not simply the number of features. It is the combination of enterprise positioning, integration breadth, premium-payment operations, licensed support, and broker collaboration. The buyer still needs to verify that the promised depth appears in the final contract and implementation plan.
