Who publishes ICHRA Report, how it is funded, and what its evidence does—and does not—establish.
ICHRA Report is self-funded and currently earns no revenue.
We currently receive no sponsorship revenue, affiliate commissions, referral payments or provider funding. Providers cannot purchase a ranking or an editorial conclusion.
How our work is produced
ICHRA Report is the institutional publisher. AI tools assist research, drafting, data processing and site development. A publisher byline does not mean an article has been reviewed by a licensed benefits, tax or legal professional. We identify named professional review only when it has actually occurred.
Primary sources, publication dates and the limits of the evidence belong beside the claims they support. Provider statements, our calculations, public-source observations and collected participant evidence are different evidence types. We do not imply that public-page review is a product test, a customer survey or an endorsement.
Corrections and commercial independence
Submit a correction with its source. We review submissions before changing or publishing them. Material factual corrections will state what changed and why in our revision log. Future sponsorship or referral arrangements must be disclosed when they begin; payment cannot purchase an editorial conclusion.
