A public, source-linked comparison of administrator pricing disclosures across ten selected brands. Observations are dated; unknown costs remain unknown.
Scope and interpretation
The six brands in the existing directory plus benefitbay, zizzl health, Flyte and Zorro, four additional named HRA Council 2026 contributing organizations whose public pages were reviewed. This is a purposive ten-brand sample, not a census or ranking. Related brands are not counted as independent corporate groups.
Review of the named public source pages. No quote requests, form submissions, product tests or interviews. Not located applies only to the inspected page. Historical amounts and failed URLs are separated from current numeric disclosure.
A price disclosure is not a quality score. Published starting rates exclude insurance premiums and employer reimbursements, and do not establish a complete binding quote.

Revision and response process
Edition 1.0.0 adds four public-page reviews alongside the original six-brand audit. The six existing observations retain their original method and links. New captures have SHA-256 identifiers. This is one dated observation per brand; it does not establish a historical trend or an automatically monitored feed.
Providers can submit a dated public source or correction. Submissions do not automatically change a finding. An editorial review must establish the evidence and record a material change. No payment or ranking purchase is involved.
