ICHRA Provider Pricing Transparency Report: September 2026

We examined pricing disclosures for the six provider brands already in our directory. Two publish current starting rates on the pages reviewed; three describe services without a numeric schedule on the inspected page; one current schedule could not be verified. These observations measure disclosure, not provider quality or market-wide pricing.

What we reviewed

ICHRA Report checked the primary pages cited below on September 12, 2026. We recorded the displayed rate, billing population, minimums, additional fees and questions a buyer still needs answered. Selection followed our existing directory rather than a market census. Providers are presented alphabetically, with no paid placement or quality ranking.

The unit is a provider brand or product presence. PeopleKeep and Remodel Health are related brands; this is not a sample of six independent corporate groups. We did not request quotes, contact providers, test contracts or measure customer outcomes. A provider's published starting rate is a statement on its page, not an independently verified invoice.

What the numeric pages actually say

PeopleKeep: the ICHRA starting price is $25 per employee monthly plus a $50 monthly base fee. Its FAQ specifies a three-seat minimum, charges for account administrators and no charges for opted-out employees. Those billing details matter when converting the displayed rate into an employer's total. ^source

Thatch: Standard pricing is $45 per enrolled employee monthly, for employers with 1–49 eligible employees. A compliance fee starts at $25 monthly. The page references a minimum fee without giving its amount, and Enterprise pricing is custom. The displayed figures therefore do not establish a complete minimum monthly bill. ^source

Three different kinds of missing information

No numeric schedule located: Remodel Health's FAQ describes a subscription fee but provides no amount. Its related PeopleKeep product should not supply an assumed ICHRA+ rate. SureCo's FAQ discusses factors affecting administration cost, without establishing a numeric schedule. Savii's reviewed homepage does not provide an administration rate; example insurance premiums in a product interface are not administrator fees. ^{source source source}

Current schedule unverified: Take Command's previously cited pricing URL returned HTTP 404 in our check. A dated March 2023 educational article contains pricing guidance, but we did not establish that it is a current September 2026 schedule. We retain that source as a historical lead and request a current written quote instead of presenting an older number as current. ^source

Published but incomplete: a visible starting rate can coexist with an unspecified minimum, package qualification or service exclusion. That differs from finding no number at all. The dataset preserves the distinction so subsequent research can update individual fields without rewriting the history.

What employers can conclude

A public rate can make an initial budget easier to assemble. It cannot answer whether the service fits the workforce, whether every required task is included or what the final contracted price will be. Conversely, an undisclosed rate does not prove that a provider is expensive or performs poorly.

Our practical inference is that buyers should standardize the request before standardizing the arithmetic. Ask for the billing population, minimum charges, launch fees, ongoing scope and renewal terms. Then use the quote-comparison worksheet with the provider's actual written response. Leave unresolved amounts blank.

Limits and the next edition

“Not located” is limited to the cited page and review date. Other public pages, broker materials or private proposals may contain additional information. Web pages can change after inspection; this edition publishes our observations and source links rather than redistributing copies of the companies' pages.

A current canonical fee schedule, clarified minimum or dated written response would change a record. Future editions can expand the provider universe and track changes using the same fields. Until then, this six-brand disclosure audit should not be cited as an estimate of average ICHRA fees or the percentage of the whole market that publishes pricing.
